Bavarian State Quality Award 2007

Wanzl wins Bavarian State Quality Award 2007

In early March, the Bavarian State Quality Award 2007 was presented at the “Münchner Residenz”: the winner in the Industrial Firms category was Wanzl.

The panel awarded us this prize for our quality management system, which we have integrated universally into all company business areas. The term "Total Quality Management (TQM)" refers to a conclusive overall concept for peak performances which is conveyed by the corporate philosophy and influences all further development.

The continual improvement and optimisation of all business processes are aimed at implementing the "zero error strategy" and only serve to offer customers around the globe the highest possible quality standards and consequently the maximum possible satisfaction.

But universal customer orientation extends far beyond quality indicators in target agreements. Customers' individual requirements must be met in every regard - for example through prudent management that derives the right solution for correcting mistakes from every complaint.

We see the Bavarian State Quality Award 2007 as confirmation of our past efforts and as a challenge for our future tasks.
